Captain Tim Mikeska's love of the water began in 1966. In 1976 he would Captain his own boat and then 7 more that followed. As the CEO of Mikeska Brands Texas Bar-B-Q and part of the "First Family of Texas Barbecue", his USDA certified Texas BBQ is distributed to 21 states. Always safety conscious... Tim began his EMS training in 1978. He was an EMS Field Paramedic in Williamson County Texas and an EMS Instructor/Course Coordinator and Examiner with the Texas Department of Health. He also was an Advanced Life Support Instructor with AHA. A graduate of Texas A&M Municipal Firefighting School, Captain Mikeska was trained in every aspect of Firefighting/Rescue. In 1984, he completed his pilot training. Captain Mikeska is a Commercial UAS Pilot, rated in fixed wing airplanes and rotorcraft helicopters. Having a love flying and photography led to his founding of Mikeska Aerial Services, a drone and land based professional photography company.
